Our Traditional Ginger Bread Houses

It is a Parke family tradition to decorate gingerbread houses a few days before Christmas. In years past, it has been quite the competition to see who creates the best house. This year was a little more laid back. Thank goodness because my house didn't stand a chance once my darling little Tennyson took over! The kids had a great time. I'm not sure which they liked more--decorating the houses or eating the candy!
