My friends have been making these awesome rainbow cupcakes back here. Tennyson would have been able to try some at our last Mom and Tot activity, however, that was the day he ended up in the hospital. Feeling sorry for the kiddo, we saved the activity for a rainy day, and made them. It was so much fun and didn't take long at all. Tennyson was so excited to eat his cupcake when they came out of the oven that he didn't even wait for me to frost them. So silly! Thanks Caroline, Amy and Charise for the great idea.
