Tennyson's 1st Pinewood Derby Races

Tennyson had his first Cub Scout Pinewood Derby races in March.

 

Tennyson was mighty proud of the three ribbons he "won"--two 2nd place and one 3rd place. 



Here it is...Tenn's Star Wars/Space Angry Birds Pinewood Derby car! Conan and I both found it quite amusing that this project is supposed to be a fun "father/son" bonding experience.  Would you let your 7 year old use a saw or drill on their own? Not I! Tenn helped with as much as possible, but for the most part, it was Conan's project! Tenn was pretty proud of the end result.
