Tennyson's favorite part of our trip was the Duck Tour. The U.S. Military invented these vehicles during WWII. They can both drive on land and propel through water. After the war, many of these "ducks" were left overseas and given to our allies, however, the U.S. obviously kept some considering we rode on one! We took a tour of downtown Boston aboard the "duck" and propelled our way through much of Boston Harbor. This was Tennyson's favorite part--well,...this and blowing his duck whistle at nearby passersby!
