Conan's brother (Christian), his wife (Jamie) and their three children (Jillian, Carter and Bennett) came to visit us in Boston a few weeks ago! We were so happy to have them come for a visit. We crammed in a lot of sightseeing in and around Boston while they were here for 10 full days! We had so much fun together...and I loved seeing the kiddos playing with their cousins!

We took all the kiddos Candlepin Bowling one night. They loved it! Once again, Asher and Tennyson beat me, and I wasn't letting them win...trust me!

| Eden loved grabbing the balls as they rolled up from the bowling lane. |

We took the subway into Boston twice--once to walk along the Freedom Trail and another time to ride the famous Swan Boats on the Boston Common. Below, Carter, Jillian and Tennyson are splashing around in the famous 'Frog Pond' on the Boston Common before we began our walk along the Freedom Trail.
We stumbled accross this awesome macaroni sculpture along the Freedom Trail. My heart began to flutter with excitement...Kraft Macaroni and Cheese is still one of my favorite things to eat (it's embarrassing to admit!)
We drove down to Cape Cod one day and spent the morning visiting the Heritage Plantation and Museum (the same place we visited with Mom and Dad Parke when they visited us in April).

This is a picture of Asher and Carter (inside the car) and Jillian and Bennett in the children's play-room of the Norman Rockwell exhibit at the Heritage Plantation and Museum. The kids played here while the adults took turns walking through the
exhibit VERY QUICKLY! Silly me for thinking I could take a leisurely stroll through the exhibit and have time to look at each picture on the wall...ha ha ha
I caught Tennyson reading the newspaper on the subway one morning. He fits right in with the morning commuters! We were on our way to The Common to ride the famous Swan Boats.

You guys know how to treat visitors to a good time!
So, my friend Brittany in Yakima let me in on a little mac-n-cheese secret I've forgotten to share with you. Get the Wal-Mart brand Thick and Creamy kind. It's a normal box like the Krafft (around 62 cents a box so cheaper). It's so much better than the Krafft. Also, everyone there adds a handful of shredded cheddar cheese to it when it's done and it gives it an extra yumminess.
Let me know what you think!
