The streets were snow-less Friday morning. By 11am it began to snow, and by the time we went to bed Friday evening, there was 4 inches of snow on the ground. Imagine how surprised we were when we looked out our window Saturday morning and saw ALL THIS SNOW!! We easily got about 2 feet of snow (at least!) over night with some drifts as high as 7 feet.
**We were supposed to fly to Vegas for a two-week vacation Friday evening, but thanks to the blizzard, our flight was cancelled and moved to Sunday morning. After packing the kids' bags, we learned that our Sunday flight was cancelled as well. Long story short, we ended up cancelling our entire trip:( Seriously...the one day out of the year that we decide to travel is the one day Boston gets a record breaking blizzard!!! grrr... As frustrating as it has been having our trip cancelled, the kids have had a blast playing in the snow. They played in the snow for nearly two hours one day and made a snow fort!

Conan made a huge sledding track for the kids. They LOVED it!
Our front yard...
The best part about the blizzard--school has been cancelled the past three days. We have loved having Tennyson home to play with us!
