Easter 2013

The Easter Bunny brought the little ones lots of goodies.  What a nice Easter Bunny considering we forgot to leave him a carrot this year.  Asher was quite concerned the Easter Bunny wouldn't be able to find a way into our house, but we assured him that we would leave the door unlocked so he could hop right in. I love the innocense and curiosity of this age.  I'm pretty sure Tennyson won't be believing in the Easter Bunny or Santa for too much longer, especially since he recently figured out the truth about the Tooth Fairy). Is it silly that I felt a little sad telling Tenn the truth about the Tooth Fairy?

Eden was obsessed with her chocolate bunny and Asher LOVED his 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle slap bracelet watch' (that was a mouthful!) from the E.B.

I've never seen a boy so excited about multiplication flashcards!! Tenn has been trying to teach himself his times tables, so I'm glad the E.B. thought to bring these:)

(loves those blue eyes of hers)

The E.B. brought Tenn a Darth Maul mini fighter pod action figure that he had been hoping to have for quite some time.  He also received his first 'real watch'.  Since he has been learning how to tell time at school, he was pretty happy to receive it.  The face glows in the dark which is extra fun.

The Easter Bunny not only hid eggs all over the inside of our house, but he also hid 12 golden eggs filled with money outside (thanks to our landlord, Linda). Tennyson was one happy boy!

After church, our good friends (the McKay and Wilson families) joined us for Easter dinner.

We had some surprise visitors during dinner.  Our neighbors brought two little baby chicks by for the children to see.  They were so cute and a huge hit!

Hope everyone had a Happy Easter!

Wow, your Easter Bunny was much cooler than ours. Lucky kids to such cool parents too.
